Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund or replacement

  • The item should be returned along with any labels or packaging and the original invoice (if there is one).

  • Customers could be required to supply photos or videos to show proof of the issue prior to acceptance.

Items that were opened, eaten or used in a way that is damaged after delivery aren't acceptable for refund or return.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene, safety and reasons of quality, we can't accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Products that have been used or opened

  • Returned products returned with no evidence of purchase

  • Products damaged because of incorrect storage, misuse or improper handling by the buyer

  • Requests received after the return period has expired

Return Pickup Process

After your return request has been accepted:

  • A pickup will be scheduled at the delivery address where service is offered.

  • If reverse pickup is not possible Customers may be asked to send the product to the address provided from our customer support.

You will receive information about the status of return and pickup by email or telephone.

Replacement Policy

Replacement orders that have been approved are typically shipped in two to five business days after the product returned was delivered or the defect has been confirmed.

The timeframe for delivery can vary based on the location of the customer.

Refund Policy

Once the product has been received and after we have inspected the item, we will inform you of the status of the refund.

If approuvé:

  • Refunds will be processed according to the payment method that was used at the time of purchase.

  • Refunds typically are processed within 7 to 5-7 working days however processing times could vary based on your payment gateway, bank and financial institution.

In the case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders refunds are made through the bank transfer method or an alternative payment method that has been mutually agreed to.

Order Cancellation

Customers are able to cancel orders but only after it has been sent out.

After the order is delivered, cancellation requests will not be considered and the order is subject to the Refund & Return Policy.

Mind Booti reserves the right to stop any order due:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or technical mistakes

  • Possible fraudulent activity

  • Problems with verification of payments

  • Limitations in our operations beyond our control

In these instances any payment eligible for reimbursement is refunded in total.

Missing, Damaged, or Delivery Issues

If your package is in a damaged or incomplete state or exhibits indications of manipulation, you must contact us within 72 hours of the delivery.

After this time, claims might not be suitable for review.
